As the founder and Executive Director of the Oakland Pacific Islander Network (OPIN), Alina has led impactful programs that include mentorship, college and career access, youth athletics, and internship matching. Under her leadership, OPIN launched the first-ever Pacific Islander Honor Roll in Oakland Unified School District—a milestone in cultural representation and academic celebration.
