Hi, I'm Alina.

I'm an executive leader, consultant, speaker, entrepreneur, and creator passionate about helping people and organizations build lives and work that create lasting impact.

For more than a decade, I've had the privilege of developing youth programs, building community partnerships, mentoring emerging leaders, and helping organizations & people strengthen their vision, strategy, and culture. Throughout my career, one thing has remained constant: I love helping people take meaningful ideas and turn them into action.

As the Founder & Executive Director of the Oakland Pacific Islander Network (OPIN), I've led initiatives focused on youth development, workforce readiness, leadership development, mentorship, college and career access, athletics, and community engagement.

Today, my work extends beyond nonprofit leadership.

A Little More About Me

I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies with a minor in Church Planting and am a licensed minister. My faith has shaped my commitment to servant leadership, compassion, and building stronger communities.

When I'm not consulting or creating resources, you'll probably find me exploring new coffee shops, hanging with people I love most, trying to stay active whether its Olympic Weightlifting, Step Aerobics, or a Marina Walk, discovering products worth sharing, or working on my next big idea.
